About Jamie
Jamie Adams is a mother of twins, dancer, Tantra practitioner, teacher, and one-on-one coach devoted to the art of coming home to the body.
Her work is a sensual exploration of embodiment, presence, connection, and the wisdom that lives beneath the surface. Drawing from trauma-informed, psychology-based Tantra, somatic practices, dance, deep stretching, PNF techniques, hypnotic timeline regression, and transformational embodiment work, Jamie creates experiences that invite people to slow down,
soften, feel, and awaken.
She is present with the places within us that long to be seen, felt, expressed and received. Her work is where movement meets embodiment, sensuality, and
conscious connection.
Jamie believes sensuality is not simply about sexuality—it is about being deeply alive. It is the ability to feel, receive, move, connect, and inhabit your body with greater freedom and presence.

What I Love
As a Soul inspired, heart centered leader and teacher, sharing and teaching knowledge has always come natural to me, and I love how I feel when can support someone in any capacity, especially through this work.
I am dancing this journey and am still riding the ecstatic wave of it all everyday, attempting to master the human experience with grace and attunement, while sharing my soul's wisdom and gifts, becoming whole in my energies and moving everyday from love.
Each new day brings something new and I welcome it all with gratitude and fresh eyes.
